We are Malaysians

It’s a 2.30pm meeting.  We’re all set up and ready to rock and roll.

They let us in 45 minutes ago but not a single person is here yet.  We are Malaysians!  Woo hoo!

This is really killing my ‘hug a random stranger’ feel. :P

I like chat more than picking up the phone and calling.

Yeah, the cs rep is manually trained. They r given manuals. Providing chat alone is not enuff. There has to be a strategy. Chat comes with a db engine of all faqs. When u ask something the engine automatically suggest answers to the rep and he just click on the one dat answers ur question.

But unfortunately, most companies just buy chat and not the db engine bcoz they dun wan to invest so much in chat. They don't know yet how chat will be received by customers.

And some big-big companies even say no one will use chat for support in Msia. :P
